Peter is the cornerstone of Maxman Consultants, which he co-founded in 1994 and of which he is still an acting partner. He studied psychology. He initially received management training during study visits in the UK, Germany and Switzerland. A quarter-century of experience in managerial development helps him to guide individuals and teams on their way to great performance. He specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, business presentation, facilitation and team coaching. In recent years, he has been intensively engaged in agility from two perspectives: the human side of agility in tech teams and the transformation of non-IT teams towards agility. He is a member of the Slovak Coach Association and holds an ACC certification by the International Coach Federation. In his private life, he is dedicated to expanding his music collection (which includes more than 1,400 titles), spending his free time downhill skiing or discovering the historical corners of European regions. He and his wife have been together for forty years and enjoy spending time with their two grandchildren.
