LukášBakoš
Managing Director
Lukáš builds on his professional experience in Telco and IT companies. Since 2009, he has led a number of Maxman projects for both local and multinational companies in Europe and Asia. He studied psychology at the Philosophical Faculty of Comenius University and completed his postgraduate education at the Australian UC Sydney and PhD. at the Faculty of Management UK. He deals with the development of top managers, and his focal point is building self-managing teams and helping companies create an environment with high autonomy, agility and independence. He is annoyed by the condition of the Slovak educational culture, and so he tries to contribute as a lecturer, delivering seminars at the University of Economics, the Faculty of Education of Charles University and the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Arts. He recharges his batteries by cycling – be it alone, with friends, or with his two daughters.
